Training Schedule

Training schedule :

Evening classes run on Monday (7.30-pm – 9.45pm) and Wednesday (8pm – 9.30pm) evening. These classes are open to all levels/styles and work on basic drill and syllabus work as well as general fitness and power training.

Lunch time practice takes place on Tuesday (11am – 12 noon), Thursday (12 noon – 1pm) and Friday (12noon-1pm) and work more on technical aspects.

We practice occasionally on Sundays from 11.30am – 1:30pm (KU kata & yamane-ryu bojutsu practice).
