On Wednesday June 30th the club was involved in the S.H.E.L (Sport-Health-Education-Life) school roadshow at St Scholastica’s Primary School in Clapton, Hackney (East London).
Children from year 5 and 6 ran through 25 min bursts of sports, martial arts and tips and idea’s on healthy living as part of an event boosting a positive outlook on life through teaching life skills.
Thanks to Stephen from S.H.E.L for getting us involved and to all coaches (see pic) for delivering a great event enjoyed by all judging by the many reactions on the day and feedback received so far afterwards.
