Group Training

Ages 6+

Our group karate classes are divided into youth and adult levels, but both groups work on the same core skills—fundamental strikes, kicks, combinations, conditioning, and movement. The difference is in the format. Kids learn these skills through structured, play-based drills that keep them engaged and moving, while adults train through a more focused, technique-driven approach. This allows every student to build strong fundamentals at a pace and style that fits their age and learning needs.

Group Karate Training

The combination of private lessons + group classes creates the strongest, most complete training path we offer.

Kids Group Classes (Ages 6–17)

Designed for students ready to train with structure, discipline, and teamwork. Kids learn how to apply their private‑lesson skills in a group setting, build confidence with peers, and develop real‑world awareness.
Note: Students ages 6–17 may attend an adult class with instructor permission.

Adult Group Classes (Ages 18+)

A supportive, ego‑free environment focused on skill development, conditioning, and practical self‑defense. Adults train at their own pace while still being challenged, making this ideal for beginners, returning students, and anyone looking for a structured martial arts program.

Why It Matters

Group training gives students the chance to:

  • Practice skills with different partners

  • Build confidence in a team‑based environment

  • Improve conditioning, timing, and reaction

  • Learn how to apply techniques under light pressure

  • Develop social skills, respect, and positive peer interaction

  • Reinforce what they learn in private lessons through repetition
