This class is for adults of all ages who are looking for a gentle, approachable movement practice, whether you’re completely new to Tai Chi or returning with some experience. Students will learn simple foundational elements such as basic stances, weight shifting, coordinated arm movements, relaxed breathing, and smooth transitions between postures. The focus is on moving with ease, improving balance and body awareness, and building confidence as the Yang Long Form is taught step by step in a calm, supportive setting

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese movement art known for its slow, continuous, and coordinated motions. In practice, each movement flows seamlessly into the next, creating a calm, meditative rhythm that strengthens both body and mind. The Yang Long Form — the style taught at Legends Karate — is performed as a single, uninterrupted sequence that emphasizes smooth transitions, upright posture, controlled breathing, and intentional movement.
Rather than relying on force or speed, Tai Chi develops internal strength, balance, and awareness. Students learn to move with precision and relaxation at the same time, building stability, mobility, and focus through gentle, deliberate practice.
